CoRound™ Channel Eco: Versatile PVC C-Channels

CoRound Channel Eco is the economy version of the CoRound Channel: a C-shaped channel in rigid PVC. Works horizontally or vertically: as a base for the panels, embedded in concrete, or as trim around doors and openings. Each PVC C-channel in the line fits one panel thickness.

PVC is a thermal-break material: it conducts far less heat than metal. Metal bases and channels can rust where water sits. PVC does not rust. No welding on site. The panel crew can install the profiles: no separate flooring or welding crew to schedule.

• CoR Channel Eco 60: C-shaped rigid PVC channel for insulated panels 2.4 in thick.
• CoR Channel Eco 80: C-shaped rigid PVC channel for insulated panels 3.1 in thick.
• CoR Channel Eco 100: C-shaped rigid PVC channel for insulated panels 3.9 in thick.

The channel seats the base of the insulated panels; tall panels still need to be braced until they are fastened. Operating temperature: −4 °F to +140 °F. For colder applications, contact us.
