The CoRound Seal Hermetic PVC Cove Base System delivers superior hygiene and airtight sealing for walk-in coolers/freezers, food processing plants, cleanrooms, commercial kitchens, and pharmaceutical facilities. A sanitary cove base is a curved PVC profile that seals the floor-to-wall junction, replacing the sharp 90-degree corner where bacteria and moisture accumulate with a smooth, cleanable radius that meets FDA, USDA, and CFIA requirements. The CoRound Seal cove base takes this further with innovative profiles featuring flexible sealing lips that conform perfectly to insulated panels and drywall surfaces, requiring minimal or no additional sealants (no silicone on cove base profiles, thin bead recommended on sanitary base and channels).

This hermetic design creates a gap-free barrier that prevents infiltration of moisture, dirt, and bacteria — even under the toughest industrial conditions — while ensuring easy cleaning and full compliance with FDA, USDA, CFIA, and cGMP standards.
