CoRound™ Seal: Sanitary PVC Cove Base System

The cove base that goes in with the panels. No sealant line required along the wall; pre-formed corners, no silicone-filled field cuts; no resin or cement to cure. CoRound Seal is the sanitary cove base system for walls, ceilings and floors.

CoRound Seal: the CoR 4 cove base for wall-to-wall and wall-to-ceiling junctions and the CoR Skirt S sanitary base for the wall-floor juncture, with pre-formed corner pieces, joints and end caps. The rounded profile removes the square corner where dirt builds up, and the smooth, non-porous surface is easy to clean. Designed for walk-in coolers, food plants and commercial kitchens.

• CoR 4: cove base for wall-to-wall and wall-to-ceiling junctions. Snaps onto the CoR 4 Base.
• CoR 4 Base: pre-drilled support profile for the CoR 4.
• CoR 4 S 3-Way Internal Corner: pre-formed inside corner where three CoR 4 runs meet. With flexible edges.
• CoR 4 2-Way External Corner: pre-formed outside corner for the CoR 4.
• CoR 4 End: end cap that closes a CoR 4 run.
• CoR 4 Joint: joint piece that connects two CoR 4 lengths in a straight run.
• CoR Skirt S: sanitary base for the wall-floor juncture.
• CoR Skirt S 3-Way Internal Corner: pre-formed inside corner where two CoR Skirt runs and the vertical CoR 4 meet. With flexible edges.
• CoR Skirt S 2-Way Internal Corner: pre-formed inside corner for two CoR Skirt runs, used where there is no vertical cove base. With flexible edges.
• CoR Skirt S 2-Way External Corner: pre-formed outside corner for the CoR Skirt, for columns and outside wall corners. With flexible edges.
• CoR Skirt S End Right and End Left: end caps that close a CoR Skirt run, for example at a door. With flexible edges.
• CoR Skirt S Joint: joint piece that connects two CoR Skirt lengths in a straight run. With flexible edges.

CoR 4, CoR 4 Base, CoR 4 2-Way External Corner, CoR 4 End and CoR 4 Joint are used in both lines, CoRound Seal and CoRound Basic. Seal Cap: A cap that covers the fastener holes on the Seal components, so the holes are not left open to collect dirt. Included with the Seal components; also available separately.

Seal or Basic?

Both lines are complete PVC cove base systems. CoRound Basic for cost-sensitive projects; CoRound Seal adds corner pieces and end caps with flexible lips. Stainless Steel Gray 9023 is available in the CoRound Basic line: see the CoRound Basic System.
